Product Overview

Z41H gate valve is suitable for cutting off or connecting pipeline medium under nominal pressure PN1.6~42.0MPa(CL150-CL2500), working temperature -46 ~ 600℃ in petroleum, chemical industry, thermal power station and other working conditions.
Its main structural features are as follows:
1. The product has reasonable structure, reliable sealing, excellent performance and beautiful appearance.
2, the surface welding Co base hard alloy, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, abrasion resistance, long service life.
3, the stem after conditioning and surface nitriding treatment, has good corrosion resistance and abrasion resistance.
4. The valve is equipped with reverse sealing structure, which ensures reliable sealing.
5. The material, flange and butt welding end size of the parts can be reasonably selected according to the actual working conditions or user requirements to meet various engineering needs.

1. Low fluid resistance, small erosion and erosion of sealing surface by medium (high opening height of gate);
