Product Overview

As the sealing ring of plunger stop valve is made of new non-metallic materials, it has the performance of withstanding long-term high temperature and high pressure without losing elasticity. Moreover, the contact area between plunger and sealing ring is large, and the sealing ring is made of mixed material with good performance, reliable sealing and durability. It is mainly used in metallurgy, electric power, chemical industry, oil refining, chemical fertilizer, light industry, food and other industries.

Structural characteristics

1. Interference fit is adopted between the plunger and sealing ring in the valve. By adjusting the pre-tightening force of flange bolts in the valve, the lateral force generated by sealing ring compression is sealed with the middle hole surface of the valve body and the outer circle of the plunger, thus ensuring the sealing of the valve and eliminating external leakage;
2. The sealing ring adopts the new non-toxic sealing material with strong resilience and high wear resistance, so the sealing is reliable and durable, thus improving the service life of the valve;
3. This valve combines the advantages of no leakage of the plunger valve and the characteristics of fast opening and closing of the globe valve to become a new variety with novel structure and wide USES.
